Good to know
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. Splashers arrive equipped, so you do not need to provide a tap, a hose or a plug point.
Where do you operate?
We are launching in Polokwane, Limpopo. When you drop your pin the app looks for Splashers near that spot — if nobody is available within 90 seconds the booking cancels itself and you are not charged.
How do I pay?
Payment happens in the app through our payment partner's secure hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on their page, not ours, and the app never stores your card number.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel any time before your Splasher marks the wash as started and the hold on your funds is released. Once the wash has started, contact support and we will sort it out — the detail is in our refund policy.
Can I book more than one car?
Yes. Add each vehicle to the same booking, choose the size class for each, and pay for all of them in one checkout.
How does the credit work?
Every completed wash returns 3% of what you paid as credit. Invite a friend and you each get R25 once their first wash is done. Credit is applied at checkout with a slider, so you choose how much to spend on any booking.
