PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SPLASH N GO. BY USING OUR WEBSITE OR APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1. Service Overview

Splash N Go ("we", "our", "us") is a platform that provides users ("you", "your") with mobile car wash and detailing services via our mobile app. All bookings and payments are made exclusively through the Splash N Go mobile app. We do not accept bookings or payments via phone, email, or in person. Our services are delivered by independent contractors ("Splashers").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Splash N Go, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All activities made under your account are your responsibility.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when using our service.
• Proper Use: You agree not to use Splash N Go for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Booking and Payments

• Booking: All bookings must be made through the Splash N Go mobile app. We do not accept bookings through any other channel.
• Cashless Payments: ALL PAYMENTS ARE 100% CASHLESS AND MUST BE MADE SECURELY THROUGH THE APP via our payment partner, Paystack. No cash or offline payments are accepted at any time.
• Payment Process (Pre-Authorization): By booking a service, you authorize Splash N Go to place a temporary pre-authorization hold on the full service amount. Funds are only captured and settled after the designated Washer confirms the job is fully completed through the platform.
• Fees: All prices displayed include VAT and any applicable service fees.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Details regarding cancellations, service refunds, and charge disputes are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Service Delivery

• Location Access: You must ensure the car is accessible and ready for cleaning at the booked time and location.
• Service Limitations: Splashers may refuse service if your vehicle is inaccessible, unsafe, or presents hazards.
• Quality: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours for review.

6. Independent Contractors

Splash N Go connects you with independent Splashers. We vet and train our Splashers, but they are not our employees. We are not responsible for actions outside of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Splash N Go and its affiliates are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We may change these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of Splash N Go means you accept any changes. We will update the date at the top when changes are made.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Splash N Go at any time for violations of these terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

11. Additional Terms

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence.
